Strange Behavior of SmartTouchpad kext on High Sierra

Hello Dinesh,

 

I am having some really strange issue with your touchpad driver (4.7 Beta 5). Whenever i set right click to value 21 I don't know why but it opens up force quit dialog box (value 20).

 

So, I am using value 33 for right click.

 

Here is the main issue, I am unable to use 2FingerTap for the right click context menu in many of the third party applications like intellij CLion, Android Studio, NetBeans.

 

Settings 2FingerTap value to 33 works fine for right clicking everywhere else (In a few third party apps too)

 

So, here are my questions, why is value 21(Right Click) acting up same as value 20 (Force Quit?)

 

I am wondering why 2finger tap for right click works everywhere else but in my productivity apps.

 

A thing to note though, Physically clicking right button area on my clickpad works fine in these apps. Only 2Finger Tap to right click doesn't work.

 

A little debugging information:-

OS Version: macOS High Sierra 10.13

Boot-loader: CLOVER

Driver: SmartTouchpad 4.7 Beta 5

IOReg: Attached.

 

If you need help with any more debugging information, I'm all yours.
