Fibocom L831-EAU WWAN Card

I'm on a ThinkPad T470 with an integrated Fibocom L831-EAU modem (Intel XMM7160 chipset). By default, it exposes one AT port and an MBIM port. I changed this to 3 AT ports and MBIM port on Linux, but I am still unable to make it work under OSX. I've tried to modify CellPhoneHelper.kext with my device IDs, but I do not know what to put into the InterfaceMapping. This is what IOReg exposes:

Data (OFF) @1, AppleUSBNCMData
Data@3
Data@5
Data@7
Fibocom (NCM)@0, AppleUSBNCMControl
Fibocom@2, AppleUSBACMControl
Fibocom@4, AppleUSBACMControl
Fibocom@6, AppleUSBACMControl

So: Does anybody have experience with this Fibocom card? What do I need to put into InterfaceMapping to make it work?

Thank you!
