In your drivers64UEFI folder, you have both ApfsDriverLoader-64.efi and APFS.efi. You don't need APFS.efi, ApfsDriverLoader-64.efi will be enough since it'll load the correct version of APFS.efi for the version of OS X you're running. Administrators Bronxteck Posted August 28, 2018 Administrators Share Posted August 28, 2018 I had an issue where I had to format my APFS volume back to HFS to install then the installer reconverted it to APFS if not I could not install. so maybe that's what you have going on.
