Raffay
I am unable to update from 10.14.5 to .6 The system starts update and then suddenly restarts. I have tried updated using System Preferences and Combo Update. Same issue results. Can anyone suggest a solution?
Raffay
@Jake Lo Its a Dell Latitude 5580. Yes I'm trying to boot from the "install macOS from..." drive but system restarts every time. I have attached the debug file. debug_29158.zip
Moderators Jake Lo Posted August 2, 2019 Moderators Share Posted August 2, 2019 Try booting with arg -igfxvesa At Clover, press O to get to Options. Add the above line to the boot option. You can boot normally after the successful upgrade.

Go down to Graphics Injector and select it Select FakeID and platform-id and change it to 0x12345678 Continue booting with verbose + debug 0x100 mode
