earlsweat
Hello I currently have Sierra installed on the laptop. I would like to perform clean Niresh Catalina installation. USB boots to clover but I receive Unsupported CPU error twice as well as unsupported PCH. Do you know which files I should replace? The i5-3230M CPU supports SSE 4.
Moderators Jake Lo Posted January 3, 2020 Moderators Share Posted January 3, 2020 If you have Sierra installed, you can download a vanilla Catalina app from Appstore and create a vanilla installer instead of using a Niresh Distro. Vanilla installation guide for Catalina Find existing Catalina bootpack in the forum or HS bootpack and upgrade it to Catalina by following the Catalina required files and patches found on 'Our Pick'.
