firefly1 Posted January 16, 2014 Share Posted January 16, 2014 Hi, while playing with my hackbook today, I found a workaround for the not working wlan (still waiting for my DW1510 to come). Initially I was wondering if USB tethering with an Andorid smartphone is working. It's not possilbe out of the box but by installing an additional kext it works perfectly (here's a link http://joshuawise.com/horndis). Then I disabled the HSDPA internet connection and enabled Wlan and I could still browse the internet. So actually one might call this USB tethering for Wlan Just wanted to share this with you, as it's nice to have a temporary workaround.
