OliverZ
Lenovo has published a manual called "Repair and Maintenance Manual". On page 95 of this manual there are three WIFI and BT-cards for this specific notebook there are two WIFI and BT-cards beside the installed Intel card on the whitelist of the BIOS: Cbt BCM43162 1x1AC+BT4.0 PCIE M.2 WLAN V2 (Broadcom) The FRU no. is SW10A11586. In Europe I was confronted with the same problem. The lenovo service agent recommend me to buy the part on the free market, because lenovo itself does not sell this parts to customers only to service shops. It works with Yosemite and El-Capitan. You have to use a kext which can be downloaded off the Net.
