Followed the steps in post #2 (AppleHDA_ALC255.kext to /L/E, Kext to Patch, vanilla AppleHDA.kext), but no luck. Any suggestions? Also did you patch your DDST.aml and make sure your codec layout id matches that on the patch. I had to change my layout ID from 12 to 3 for the Audio patch to work properly, I believe (but can't remember for certain) You're computer is different though so you should probably start your own thread for it.
